Buddy Greco & The Rat Pack

After a headlining in Vegas since the 1950s, it was in the 1960s that Buddy Greco, based at the famous Sands, shot to super stardom as an original member of Frank Sinatra's Rat Pack.

Rival, Friend and inspiration - Ol' Blue Eyes was all three of these things, says Greco.
He said: "First of all, he was one of my dearest friends and second of all, he was an incredible inspiration, not just to me but to a lot of the young singers, like myself, who were coming in at the time."

"Frank made it possible for us to make a good living."

Today Buddy Greco is recognised as a major influence on the careers of the likes of Harry Connick Jnr and Michael Buble. He has recorded 68 albums including a live album with Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jnr.

"Buddy can make anything swing - nobody comes close in that department." - Frank Sinatra

"Buddy Greco's world is a very, very swinging world." - Sammy Davis Jnr
